Shipping to you as fast and accurate as possible using Canada Post and Ontario courriers. 

Shipping Details

• There is a flat  $8.00 shipping fee charged to your order ( Canada)

• There is a flat $15.00 shipping fee to charged to USA orders.

• Free shipping (flat rate fee is waived ) on orders over $100.00 CAD

• ( North America )

• All orders are shipped via Canada Post with expedited service with a tracking number.

• Canadian orders should arrive  within 3-8 days.  International orders generally take 2-3 weeks. Expedited and regular mail do not have guaranteed delivery times.

• Please email to verify we can ship to your country if you are located outside North America.

• * Please anticipate that during these times , shipping may take longer. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for any shipments until further notice.

• Customers  are  responsible to pay any customs fees and/or duty charges that apply at  your destination. 

•  Shipping cost are mostly higher that the amounts charged to customers. The shipping charges are not refundable for all shipped orders and returned packages under any circumstances.

Return Details

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Refunds

We have a 15-day inspection period policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a replacement or refund.
